At Sheramic Art, every piece is a journey. While many of my works are born from personal exploration of resilience and the human form, I find great joy in creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind commissions tailored to your specific vision, memories, or special occasions.

Whether you are looking for a personalized anatomical heart to mark a milestone, a floral vessel inspired by a specific garden, or a sculptural piece for a unique space, each commission is hand-built and decorated with the same technical precision and painterly mark-making that defines my practice.

The Commission Process

Working together, we can bring a personal touch to the ceramic form. A bespoke piece is an ideal way to create a meaningful gift or a lasting commemorative object.

• Consultation: We begin with an email or call to discuss your ideas, themes, and preferred scale.

• Creation: Each piece is individually hand-built or wheel-thrown and goes through a multi-stage firing and glazing process at stoneware temperatures (1269°C).

• Personalization: I can incorporate specific text, dates, or symbolic imagery into the layered surface decoration. For example, I can add the names of a couple onto a heart, a wedding date, or both. (See the commemorative plate shown in the gallery for reference).

Pricing

Every project is unique in its complexity and size. As a guide, typical prices for bespoke commissions range from £65 to £450.
