Delivery and Returns, Lead times & Refund policy
We guarantee the quality and individuality of our products. Because they are handmade, they will vary slightly in colour and size. We're sure you will love your love sheramics pot, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Please contact lovesheramics@yahoo.com for the return address.
Return Eligibility:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or replacement. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
Unsatisfactory Items: If, for any reason other than damage or defect, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Custom-made pottery items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were when received. Unfortunately, we can't refund the postage or pay for the postage of returned items. If you have used or damaged your item, we can't refund or exchange it. We advise you to send the package as recorded post, or keep a copy of proof of postage in case the package goes missing.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Love Sheramics at lovesheramics@yahoo.com within the specified return period and provide the following information:
Your order number
Reason for the return
Photographs of any damage or defects (if applicable)
We will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address and additional details.
Securely package the item to be returned in its original packaging, if available, and include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip.
Ship the item back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds or Replacements
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request:
If approved, you may choose to receive a refund to the original payment method or a replacement item, based on your preference.
If rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.UK delivery
Typical delivery charges are as follows:
If your item is up to 10kg: £5.99 will be charged at checkout
If your item is between 10kg – 30kg: £12 will be charged at checkout
If your item is above 30kg: £20 will be charged at checkout
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international shipping.To discuss please email me directly.
Lead Time
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Orders in stock will be usually be dispatched within 1 week unless we are on leave. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping:
For items in stock Royal Mail aim to deliver between 3-5 working days.
If an item not in stock then delivery will take an extra 4 weeks approximately.
Cancellation
Providing your order is not a custom made order you can cancel your order if we have not already posted it – otherwise you will need to follow the standard returns procedure.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
